I am currently a lecturer at the University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca, within the Department of Graphics. My artistic and teaching endeavors revolve around drawing, which I regard not only as a form of visual expression but also as an essential tool for exploring reality. Drawing has been and remains the cornerstone of my research, serving both as a means to observe and understand the world around me and as a medium to convey ideas, emotions, and concepts in a manner that is both direct and profoundly impactful.
Through my work, I strive to maintain a balance between formal clarity and openness to multiple interpretations, allowing each viewer to uncover their own meanings.
download CVMy artistic vision is rooted in an approach where new values coexist with conventional ones, opening up new avenues for exploration. I believe contemporary art must serve as a space for dialogue, questioning, and challenging traditional boundaries. I am constantly fascinated by how art can forge emotional and intellectual connections, sparking curiosity and offering fresh perspectives.
In addition to my artistic practice, I am actively involved in teaching. Over time, I have participated in artistic projects, educational initiatives, and research activities, all aimed at deepening my understanding and sharing it with others.
Exploring and nurturing creativity remain my central objectives, both in my artistic and teaching endeavors, contributing to the development of a complex and relevant artistic discourse.
